Financial Assistance

This is one of the biggest business support registers in the UK, providing companies in the region with easy access to impartial business development support and the most appropriate service providers for their needs. It's the only register being used by all Business Link account managers to source provision for clients. Savantis have been an approved supplier of web development and e-commerce services on the register since February 2008.

NEESPR was set up by One NorthEast early in 2006 to help companies access the support they need for a wide range of services, incuding web design, training and development.

The register helps business support networks, including Business Link North East (BLNE), source expert assistance for their customers. Through the one central facility BLNE brokers are able to search NEESPR on behalf of their customers to help find suitable service providers.

A business looking for assistance in funding a project (typically 40-50%) in the first instance approaches Business Link with their requirements and a broker will use the register to provide a choice of potential providers. A customer can also provide the name of a registered supplier they know and trust to provide a quote through this process.
