Savantis to the rescue, November 1, 2007
On the afternoon of Thursday 25th October 2007 Savantis received a call from a local company. Their client's Ruby on Rails website was down and the sub-contracted hosting and support had 'gone away'. This turned out to be a non-trivial gallery website with a content management system. On Friday and over the weekend Savantis took delivery of the site, checked the site data delivered was OK and transfered it to our specialist hosting facility. The site was available on Monday 29th October 2007. The client was very happy with our service and the website now performs much better than before. Savantis will be hosting and supporting this client's website for the next 12 months and hopefully beyond.
